ABSTRACTS

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we cordially invite you to submit abstracts for presentation at the conference “100th Anniversary of University Nursing Education in Poland. Achievements and Future Challenges”, which will take place on December 10–12, 2025, in Kraków.

Submitted abstracts will constitute an important scientific contribution to the conference proceedings. The aim of the event is not only to celebrate this exceptional anniversary, but also to provide space for reflection on the future of academic nursing in Poland and around the world.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Abstracts may be submitted as:

• Oral Presentation, or

• Poster Presentation
  (The final decision regarding the presentation format will be made by the Scientific Committee.)

Abstract Structure:

• Length: 250–300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords)

• Title: Maximum 12 words

• Authors: Full name, affiliation, corresponding author

• Language: Abstracts must be submitted in both Polish and English

The content of the abstract should include the following elements:

• Introduction – a general overview of the subject matter

• Objective – the aim of the study/analysis

• Materials and Methods – research method, techniques and tools, sample selection, location and time of study, sample size, bioethics committee approval (if applicable), data analysis method

• Results – key findings

• Conclusions – 1 or 2 key conclusions addressing the research aim

• Keywords: Maximum 3 (based on Medical Subject Headings)

Additional Information:

• Each abstract will be reviewed anonymously by the Scientific Committee

• Abstracts must not have been previously published or presented

• A copy of the abstract must also be sent to: abstrakty@100latpielegniarstwa.pl

• Deadline for submission: October 15th, 2025

• Information on abstract acceptance will be provided by October 31st, 2025
